Wendy Wandrey

Wendy Rae Wandrey, age 69, of Wautoma, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at her home.

She was born September 27, 1951 in Illinois, the daughter of Donald and Dorothy (Kenders) Waite. She married William A. Wandrey on September 11, 1987 in Eagle River, WI.

Wendy was employed as Supervisor of Laundry and Housekeeping at the former Wild Rose Manor for many years. She and her husband enjoyed traveling to northern Wisconsin to enjoy the outdoors. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, William A. Wandrey, Wautoma; one son, Joseph Wiatr, Neshkoro; one daughter, Kerrie (Jeff) Tobianski, Wautoma; seven grandchildren, Brittany, Codi, Katelyn, Trevor, Jacob, Hanna and Weston; three great grandchildren, Brielle, Sebastian and Declan; four sisters, Janice Perkins, North Carolina, Sandra (James) Brown, Union, MI, Donna Jo Eidson (Jim Bella), Wild Rose, Sue Ann Olandese, South Dakota; one brother, John C. Waite, Wild Rose. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Wendy was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 8, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Leikness Funeral Home in Wautoma with Rev. P. Michael Thomas officiating. Burial will be in Wautoma Union Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services.
