Stanley Joseph Krempleski, age 90 of Wautoma, passed away on May 17, 2013 at Wild Rose Manor. He was born on February 1, 1923 in Milwaukee, the son of Joseph and Modesta (Rosinski) Krempleski. Stanley Married Colleen Dahl on July 21, 1956 in West Allis. Mr. Krempleski served his country in the United States Army during World War II in the invasion of Normandy and also served as a guard during the Nuremburg Trials. Stanley worked at Allis Chalmers in West Allis for 40 years until his retirement. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers and Wisconsin Badgers. Stanley had huge talent for drawing and painting. He loved to listen to music, play his violin and piano.
Stanley is survived by his wife of 56 years: Colleen Krempleski; son: Donald (Donna) Krempleski; two granddaughters: Kristin and Kelly; sister: Anna O'Kray, Milwaukee; special nieces: Sue Gomes and Kathy Feezer, who were like daughters; other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his [parents; brother: Joe Krempleski and sisters: Mary Winters and Dorothy Pietruszka.
Memorial Mass will be held at 11AM on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Wautoma. Officiating at the Mass will be Father Robert Stegmann with Military Honors to follow Mass and burial at a later date at Central Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in King, WI. The family will greet relatives and friends at church on Tuesday from 10AM until the time of Mass at 11AM.
