Shelby Jean Rosin, age 67, of Wautoma, passed away Thursday evening, February 18, 2010 at her home with her family at her side.
She was born August 20, 1942 in Wild Rose, the daughter of Ervin and Annie (Grant) Bushweiler. She married Lawrence W. Rosin on September 24, 1960 in Wautoma.
Shelby was a loving and caring person who dedicated her time to helping others. Throughout her lifetime, she was employed at Waushara Industries, LEF Group Home, Shara-R-Home, Wautoma Hospital and Wisconsin Veterans Home.
She is survived by her husband of 49 plus years, Lawrence Rosin, Wautoma; five children, Cyanne (John) Featherston, Wautoma, Roxanne (Scott) Pompa, Wautoma, Cindy (Eric) Weisensel, Hancock, Lisa (Mark) Brzostowski, Oshkosh, Joey (Dawn) Rosin, Wautoma; Grandchildren, Troy Pompa, Joshua (Naomi Wickersham)Weisensel, Melissa (Kurt Ninneman) Featherston, Ashley (fiance' Charlie Engel) Pompa, Jeremy Featherston, Eric Weisensel Jr., Kayla (Tim Krentz Jr.) Featherston, Ally Rosin, Lily Brzostowski; great grandchildren, Alisa Weisensel, Ryan Krentz; two sisters, Beverly (Howard) Palek, Wisconsin Rapids, Sheryl (Roger) Otte, Lomira; further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws other relatives and friends.
Shelby was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Suzanne Rosin and a son, Lawrence (Boober) Rosin Jr.; a sister, Verdell Ernst and a niece Kelly Becker.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, February 25, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Grace United Methodist Church, Wautoma with the Rev. George Kafer officiating. Burial will be in the Union Cemetery, Wild Rose. Visitation will be held from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Leikness Funeral Home, Wautoma and from 9:30 a.m. Thursday until time of services at the church.
