Rose Marie Garza

Rose Marie Garza, age 68, of Wautoma, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Monday, December 4, 2023 at her son’s home in West Salem, WI.                                                                                                                                                                

She was born April 13, 1955 in Brownfield, Texas, the daughter of David and Ernestina (Flores) Garza. Rose Marie moved from Texas to Wautoma in 1982, and later worked at Stoneridge Piggly Wiggly as a cashier. She was an avid bowler and loved being with her family.

She is survived by one son, Noel (Jill) Gonzalez, West Salem; one daughter, Rosanna Gonzalez, Wautoma; four grandchildren, Paul, Lizeth, Ciara and Alex. She is further survived by other relatives and friends.

Rose Marie was preceded in death by one daughter, Tiffany; one son, Paul; her parents, and by several brothers and sisters.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Wautoma with Rev. William Evans officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at the Church on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services.
