Ronald Lee Blumke, age 65, of Wautoma passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving wife of 46 years and family on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at his home.
He was born December 30, 1955 in Sheboygan, the son of Ronald (Beverly) and Jeannette (Stiebs) Blumke. He married Holly J. Perry on July 5, 1975 in River Falls.
In his early years, Ron grew up on his Aunt Lucille’s farm. He met his wife Holly in the 4th grade. Ron did mechanical work most of his life and enjoyed woodworking, painting and carpentry. He loved the outdoors and liked to fish and go camping.
He is survived by his wife, Holly Blumke, Wautoma; four children: Brandon Blumke (Melissa Ann), Redgranite, April Blumke, Wautoma, Carrie (Todd) Wagenknecht, Bancroft, Amanda West, Wautoma; 12 grand- children, Emma and Ella Blumke, Blake and Paige Moen, Dominic and Felicia Ramirez, Tanner and Kassie Wagenknecht, Cullen and Liam West, Xander and Lauren Semrow; one brother: Mike Blumke; two sisters: Marnelle Blumke and Janelle Blumke; two stepbrothers: Wayne and Danny. He is further survived by other relatives and friends, especially Ron of Milwaukee.
He was preceded in death by his parents by one sister, Rhonda Blumke, and his stepmother, Beverly Blumke.
The family wishes to thank Theda Care Hospice nurses and aides for the great care they gave to Ronald.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Waushara World War II Veterans Memorial Building, 440 West Main Street in Wautoma on Sunday, November 28, 2021 beginning at 12 Noon.
