Roman Robert Konczal Jr.

Roman Robert Konczal Jr. age 83 of Neshkoro passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 14, 2024 at Aurora Bay Care Medical Center, Green Bay. He was born in Milwaukee on March 4, 1940 to Roman and Virginia (Chojnowski) Konczal Sr. On April 12, 1958 he married his childhood sweetheart and the love of his life, Beverly Ann Kitchen in Milwaukee. Roman worked for 33 years for the Milwaukee County Highway Department as an Equipment Operator until his retirement. He enjoyed hunting and the outdoors. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

Roman is survived by his son: Scott (Debbie) Konczal Sr.; grandchildren: Scott (April) Konczal Jr., Joshua (Lisa) Konczal; great grandchildren: Austin, Haley, Cole and Anna Konczal; brother-in-law: Dean Kitchen; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife: Beverly Konczal; brothers-in-law: Bob and Dick Kitchen, sisters-in-law: Marlene Kitchen, Mary Kitchen; nephew and niece: Gary and Barbara Kitchen.

Private family Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at Leikness Funeral Home, Wautoma with burial at St. James Catholic Cemetery, Neshkoro.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wautoma Senior Center in Roman’s name.
