Robert L. King, age 75, of Plainfield, passed away Thursday, November 28, 2013 at St. Joseph Hospital, Marshfield.
He was born September 22, 1938 in the Town of Pine Grove, Portage County, the son of LaVern and Mabel (Zettler) King. He married Elizabeth G. Garcia on April 26, 1964 in San Antonio.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth; two sons, Mark A. (Betty) King, Plainfield, Tim (Mary) King, Waupaca; grandchildren, Michelle, Amber, Chelsea, Joshua, Eric and Jill; great grandchildren, Logan, Dylan, Austin and Jack; his sister, Karen Masterson; further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, December 2, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. in the Leikness & Stahl Funeral Home, Plainfield. Burial will be in the Pine Grove Cemetery, Town of Pine Grove, Portage County, Wisconsin. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. Monday until the time of services at the funeral home.
