Patricia "Pat" Ann Nigbor

Patricia “Pat” Ann Nigbor, née: Kitchen,Thoma, of Pine River passed away unexpectedly and peacefully in Waupaca on May 14, 2024 at the age of 76. Patricia was born on September 6, 1947 at Berlin Memorial Hospital in Berlin to Ray and Erma (Bray) Kitchen. She graduated from Wautoma High School in 1965. She married Dennis Thoma, September 23, 1967 in Saint John’s Lutheran Church in Berlin, WI. He unexpectedly passed away on March 26, 1975. Patricia then met and married Wayne Nigbor on August 28, 1976 at St Mark’s Catholic Church in Redgranite. They divorced in 2017. Pat will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

 Patricia is survived by her 4 children: Kim (Tim) Quella, Peter (Robin) Thoma, Frank (Kim) Nigbor, Sirena (Corbett) Schermetzler; her ex-husband Wayne; eight grandchildren. Katie (friend: Braden) Thoma, Marissa (friend: Evan) Thoma, Bethany Thoma, Samantha, Madelyn, John Nigbor, Desmond and Calvin Schermetzler. She was preceded in death by her parents.

 Memorial services will be held at 6PM on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at Leikness Funeral Home, Wautoma with burial to follow in West Holden Cemetery. The family will greet relatives and friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4PM to 5:45PM.
