Patricia A. "Pat" Goldberg (nee Sanger), age 64 of Wautoma, passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at her cottage in Mercer, WI.
She was born March 5, 1947 in Hartford, the daughter of Arthur and Marcella (Maher) Sanger. Patricia married Richard T. Goldberg on August 3, 1968.
Patricia and her husband resided in Cascade for many years until retiring to the Wautoma area in 1995. Patricia owned and operated Curves in Wautoma for 5 years and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Wautoma. She also enjoyed traveling with her husband, especially up north, walking her dogs Lucy and Lily, fishing with her husband and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband Richard T. Goldberg, Wautoma; one daughter, Tricia Murtha, Sun Prairie; one son Rick (Liz) Goldberg, Hartford and grandchildren, Alexandra Murtha, Sun Prairie and Richard Jacob "RJ" Goldberg, Hartford. She is further survived by two sisters Kathleen (Jack) Kaehny, Susan (Jim) Fleming; one brother Arthur Sanger, Jr; one sister-in-law Kris Hughes, brother-in-law Tom Goldberg, her faithful canine companions Lucy and Lily; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, her father and mother-in-law Richard J. (Helen) Goldberg and one nephew Arthur Sanger, III.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, October 21, 2011 at 3:00pm in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Wautoma with Rev. Robert Stegmann officiating.
A time of visitation will be held on Friday from 1:00pm until the time of services at the Church.
