Patricia Bertzyk

Patricia Ann Bertzyk, 82 of Wautoma, died on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at Riverside Medical Center, Waupaca. She was born on April 30, 1932 in Milwaukee to William and Ann Hassett. On November 7, 1953 she married Harold G. Bertzyk in West Allis. In 50's the couple moved to Wautoma where Patricia worked as a nursing assistant at Jude Nursing Home and the Veterans Home in King until her retirement. Patricia enjoyed crossword puzzles, traveling and trips to Las Vegas. She was an avid Packer fan and Packer attire would be appreciated by the family for those who attend funeral services.



Patricia is survived by her son: Dennis (Tobi) Bertzyk, Wautoma, two daughters: Diane (Barry) Schultz, Muscoda, Lynn (Michael) Reinholtz, Madison; five grandchildren: Rueben Bertzyk, Quinn (Stacy) Schultz, Kyle (Ellen) Schultz, Casey (Mallory) Schultz, Jeffrey (Andrea) Reinholtz; five great grandchildren: Jaydn, Jaxon, Kylie, Lily, Payton; two brothers: Jim Hassett, Maryland, Gary (Charlie) Hassett, Ocala, FL; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband: Harold G. Bertzyk on February 12, 1993 and a sister: Beverly Fletcher.



Funeral services will be held at 11AM on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at Leikness Funeral Home, Wautoma. Officiating at the service will be Pastor Dan Carlson. The family will greet relatives and friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 9AM until the time of service at 11AM.



In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made in Patricia's name to Bethany Home, Waupaca or the hospice program at Riverside Medical Center, Waupaca.
