Norma June Eagan

Norma June Eagan, age 86 of Wautoma passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2023 at Silver Lake Manor with her family by her side. She was born in Berlin on June 3, 1937 to Myron and Anna (Jensen) Carpenter. Norma was a 1955 graduate of Wautoma High School. She married Michael A. Eagan on February 7, 1959. Norma opened her own salon, The Normandy and operated her salon until the birth of her first child and then was stay at home mom.

Norma is survived by her husband of 65 years: Michael Eagan; children: David (Jodi) Eagan, John (Tanya) Eagan; grandchildren: Chase (Paige) Eagan, John (Brooke) Eagan, Clark (Reagan) Eagan, Jack (Michaella) Eagan, Harleigh Eagan; great grandchildren: Collins Eagan, Cooper Eagan; brother-in-law: Gary Eagan; sister-in-law: Jan Eagan; special niece: Carol Menz; many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother: Maynard Carpenter; sister-ion-law: Jo Carpenter and brother-in-law: Dean Eagan.

Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30AM on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at St Joseph Catholic Church with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery, Wautoma. The family will greet relatives and friends at church on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 from 10:30AM until the time of Mass at 11:30AM.

The family wishes to extend a heartfelt “Thank you” to the staff at Heartland House and Silver Lake Manor for the care and compassion given to Norma during her time in their care.
