Nick Banasiak

Nicholas A. "Nick" Banasiak, age 34, of Neshkoro, died unexpectedly Monday, January 21, 2013, at his home. He was born April 23, 1978 in Stevens Point, the son of Ronald M. and Gloria Jean (Galkin) Banasiak. He married Tanya M. Corder October 31, 2008 in Merrill, WI. Nick graduated from LaSalle-Peru High School, LaSalle, IL. He was employed as a truck driver for Hudziak Excavating of Wild Rose. Nick will be warmly remembered for his love of being with is family, riding his Harley and fishing. He is survived by his wife, Tanya Banasiak, Neshkoro; his father, Ronald M. Banasiak, Wautoma; two step children, Chazzlyn Corder-Bandtel, Neshkoro and Tyler Bandtel, Wautoma; two brothers, Brian Banasiak, Chicago, Tim Banasiak and his children, Madyson and Marc, Peru, IL. He is further survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Nick was preceded in death by his mother, Gloria Jean Banasiak on August 25, 2009. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 26, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Leikness Funeral Home with Rev. Robert L. Stegmann officiating.
Relatives and friends may greet the family on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services.
