Matthew John Schultz of Appleton, WI, passed away on Friday March 16th, 2018 at the age of 28.
Matthew was born to parents Scott and Beverly Schultz on April 20th, 1989. He grew up the youngest of three and attended Appleton North High School. After graduating High School, Matthew worked for his father’s business SJS Erecting Inc. Matthew had 2 loving dogs Gunner and Kyra who were the most important part of his life and were inseparable. Matthew loved hunting, cars, bikes, snowmobiles and anything fast. He loved the outdoors whether it was at the family cottage in Keshena or his land in Wautoma.
It was Matthew’s big heart that attracted people. He easily made friends everywhere he went and loved to joke around, make people laugh, and if you knew him well he had an obsession for Mountain Dew and Monster.
He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
He is survived by his parents Scott and Beverly Schultz, Sisters Christina Koch (Chad), Angie Coulthard (Jeff), nephews Jeffery Coulthard, Jesse Coulthard and Brody Koch and niece Jaida Coulthard. Aunts Cheryl Ferrara, Rosemary Yadro (Bob), Vera Comerford, Nancy Eldred, Jean Heim (Jeff). Uncles Bob Neitzer (Betty), Ricky Neitzer (Cathy), David Neitzer and their children. Extended family June, Jay (Lynn), Jeff (Rhonda), Taylor and Zach Dybul and many friends.
He is preceded in death by Grandfather Jack Schultz, Grandmother Beverly Schultz, Grandfather Martin Neitzer, Grandmother Bernice Neitzer, Uncle Fred Ferrara, Uncle George Neitzer, and Cousin Renae VanZeeland. Extended family Jerry Dybul.
Memorial service will be held at the Grand Meridian, located at 2621 N Oneida St, Appleton, on April 7th from 12:00-4:00pm to reminisce, grieve, support each other and, of course, celebrate Matthew’s life.
