Lucille Catherine Junek, age 80, of Wautoma, passed away peacefully Friday, July 17, 2015 at Berlin Memorial Hospital.
She was born September 5, 1934 in Wauwatosa, the daughter of Fred and Irene (Peesley) Radtke. She married Gerald William Junek on May 6, 1950 in Wauwatosa. He preceded her in death on May 18, 2007.
Lucille and her late husband resided in Milwaukee for many years before moving to the Town of Mount Morris in 1992. She was a faithful member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Wautoma. Lucille loved her family, especially her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandson who will miss her dearly.
She is survived by seven children, Sandy (Jeffrey) Linski, Redgranite, John (Kathy) Junek, Redgranite, Linda Pomahac, Wautoma, Debbie Dykas (Hector Ramos), Mountain, WI, Suzy (Bruce) Ruthenberg, Melbourne, FL, Gail (Matt) Bissell, Port Washington, Chris (Anthony) Koper, Milwaukee; 16 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; one great-great grandson. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Joseph W. Junek on June 25, 2015; great grandson, Joseph Kazel; great granddaughter, Angelica Arndt, and by numerous brothers and sisters.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 364 South Cambridge St., Wautoma with Rev. David Greskowiak officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Wautoma.
Visitation will be held at the Church on Thursday from 10:000 a.m. until the time of services.
