Louise Amelia Blader, age, 95, of Wautoma, passed away Wednesday, March 28, 2012, at Heartland House CBRF in Wautoma. She was born June 27, 1916 in the Township of Richford, the daughter of Fred and Anna (King) Belter. She married Charley A. Blader on April 16, 1936 at the EUB Church in Markesan with Pastor Reuben Wandrey officiating. Charley preceded her in death on Nov. 16, 1985.
Louise and her late husband resided on the family farm in the Township of Dakota for their entire married life. She was employed in food service with
Wautoma Area Schools at the former Dafoe School for 17 years. She also worked during the summer months at the Mecan Youth Camp for 14 years. She was a faithful member of Grace United Methodist Church in Wautoma. She is survived by four sons and two daughters, Richard (Carol) Blader, James (Barbara) Blader, Chester (Janice) Blader, John Blader, all of Wautoma, Lois (Don) Semrow, Coloma, Joyce Blader, Rosholt; her son- in-law, Douglas Reilly, Wautoma. She is further survived by 23 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren other relatives and friends. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Eleanor Reilly on March 23, 2008, her parents, and by two brothers. Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 2, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Grace United Methodist Church with the Rev. George J. Kafer officiating. Burial will be in Dakota Cemetery, Township of Dakota. Visitation will be held on Monday at the Church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services.
