Loretta Johannes, age 69, of Wautoma, died unexpectedly Sunday, May 3, 2015 at Theda Clark Medical Center, Neenah. She was born January 11, 1946 in Bancroft, the daughter of Raymond and Dorothy (Schwanke) Evans. She married Lewis A. Johannes on March 27, 1965 at West Holden Lutheran Church in Wautoma. Loretta was employed as a cook for the Wautoma Area School District for 30 years until her retirement. She was a member of Hope Lutheran Church in Wautoma. She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Lewis A. Johannes, Wautoma; two sons, Ronald (Michelle) Johannes, Wild Rose, James (Sheila) Johannes, Omro; grandchildren, Anthony, Chris, Josh, Bradley, Andrew, and Colin; great grandchildren, Mariana, Abigail, and Slayden; her mother, Dorothy Evans, Wautoma; three sisters, Lorraine Barrington, Almond, Blanche (Larry) Bockin, King, Louise Mankowski, Wautoma; one brother, Gerald (Connie) Evans, Wisconsin Rapids; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Bernard (Betty) Johannes, Wautoma, Bernadyne Wilson, Redgranite, Delbert Johannes, Berlin, Allen (Shirley) Johannes, Berlin, Robert (Sharon) Johannes, Almond, Richard (Pat) Johannes, Wautoma, Beverly Zuehlke, Hancock, Beatrice Edwards, Wild Rose, Belva (David) Rux, Berlin, Howard Johannes, Fremont, Albert (Carol) Johannes, Poy Sippi, Barbara (Leon) Brzostowski, Richford, Roger Johannes, Redgranite, Bonnie (Jeff) Zaremba, Wild Rose. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held on Friday, May 8, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Hope Lutheran Church in Wautoma with Rev. Nathan A. Gauerke officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday at the Church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services.
