June Irish

June M. Irish, age 76, of Coloma, passed away early Wednesday morning, March 23, 2011, at UW-Hospital in Madison. She was born Dec. 28, 1934 in the Town of Bloomfield, Waushara County, the daughter of Edward and Evelyn (Schrank) Boesler. She married William H. Irish in 1959 at Coloma. He preceded her in death on March 19, 1986. June and her late husband farmed in the Town of Coloma for many years. She was an active member of the Rural Rembrandts and the Coloma Quilters. She was a member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Coloma. June enjoyed being with her family especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed visiting with her many dear friends. She is survived by her son, William (Melissa) Irish, Coloma; two grandchildren, Madelyn and Ava Irish. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by an infant son, Hilton, and by her parents. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Coloma with Pastor Kelli Fisher officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, and from 10:00 a.m. on Saturday until the time of services. If desired, a memorials may be made to the UW Cancer Clinic or Waushara County EMS.
