Jule Ann Micke, age 70, of Hancock, passed away Friday, October 15, 2010 at Wild Rose Community Memorial Hospital.
She was born July 7, 1940 in Omro, the daughter of William and Mildred (Schrader) Broege. Se married Gordon Klossowski in 1966. He preceded her in death on November 3, 1971. She later married Timm Micke on June 29, 1974. He preceded her in death on March 3, 1996.
Jule lived in West Allis before moving to Hancock where they built their home, barn and established their mini farm. They raised beef cattle, pigs and enjoyed horses. She loved to work in her garden and can her own produce. Jule enjoyed traveling with Timm in their semi truck seeing different parts of the United States. Jule was always an avid sweepstaker and a she won many trips, prizes and cash.
She is survived by her daughter, Debra (Dennis Lachey) Peterson, Hancock; her son, Craig (Janet Newman) Micke, Hancock; two grandsons, Kenneth and David Peterson; onegranddaughter, Kaytlen Micke; a great granddaughter, Alayna Peterson; one brother, Phil Broege and one sister, Linda (Ed) VanAacken; further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one sister.
