Joyce Suzanne Koblenz, age 79, formerly of Wautoma passed away Wednesday evening, November 2, 2011 at Juliette Manor in Berlin.
She was born May 13, 1932 in Chicago the daughter of Joseph and Francis Thierjung.
Joyce was a nursing assistant at the Wautoma Care Center and Juliette Manor for a number of years. She enjoyed gardening, bird watching and her phenomenal cooking. Joyce took great joy in spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her children, Robert (Kathy) Kass, Florida; Richard (Michelle) Kass, Neenah; Janis (Dan) Pomplin, Redgranite; eight grandchildren, Jennifer Kass, Kelly Kass, Brandon Kass, Melissa Kass, Christine Kass, Michael Kass, Ian Pomplin ,Lea Pomplin and six great-grandchildren, Madison,Megan, Morgan, Halie, Grace and Dominic Kass. She is further survived by her brother Ken (Mary Ann) Thierjung, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Richard and Donald Thierjung.
Private Family Services were held.
