John Finnerty

John T. Finnerty, age 68 of Redgranite, formerly of Milwaukee, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Saturday, November 29, 2014. He was born on August 6, 1946 to James and Martha (Resheske) Finnerty Sr. John was a retired roofer. He enjoyed hunting and watching sports, especially the Milwaukee Brewers and Green Bay Packers.

John is survived by a daughter: Karen Hermann, Waukegan, IL; brother: James (Mary) Finnerty Jr., Glendale; special cousin: Eileen Finnerty, Milwaukee; niece: Kathleen (Todd) McKee, West Allis; three nephews: Ron (Lee) Schneider, Wautoma, Jay Finnerty, Duluth, MN, Ryan Finnerty, Grafton; two great nieces and two great nephews; Loni Abler-Leonard and her son: Andrew; other relatives and many friends who loved him dearly. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister: Mary Ellen Schneider.

Memorial services will be held at 1PM on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at Leikness Funeral Home, 358 S. Oxford St, Wautoma. The family will greet relatives and friends on Saturday at the funeral home from 11AM until the time of service at 1PM.

In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated.
