Jerome John Woyak, age 74, formerly of Wautoma, passed away May 2, 2013 in Milwaukee. He was born April 1, 1939 in the Town of Deerfield, Waushara County, the son of Jerome and Susan (Jazdzewski) Woyak. Jerry was a graduate of Wautoma High School. He served his country in the Army and was stationed in the State of Washington. Jerry was a business owner, restaurant manager, department store operator and noted musician. He loved his two daughters dearly, enjoyed growing
flowers & plants and being outdoors. Jerry also loved cars, especially his '76 Vette, and playing the saxophone. He will be fondly remembered for his fun loving ways and being a jokester. He is survived by two daughters, Pamela (Dean) Gustin, Mountain Grove, MO, and Jill (Ted) Johnson, Minneapolis, MN; two grandchildren, Zachary and Terese "Tess" Johnson; three brothers, David (Fran) Woyak, Hancock, Kenneth (Diane) Woyak, Wausau, Andrew (Marlene) Woyak, Larsen; two sisters, Violet (Adam) Wanta, Hatley, Susan (Kenneth) Feye, Muskego. Jerry is further survived by other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, May 31, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Wautoma with the Rev. Robert L. Stegmann officiating. Burial with full military honors will be at Calvary Cemetery in Wautoma. Visitation will be held at the Church on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services.
