JEFFREY J. DONNER, age 36, passed away unexpectedly on October 29, 2013 after a short battle from a treated tooth infection. He was a 1995 Ocon. H.S. graduate. He was the loving husband of 7 years to Shana (Kantola) Donner, and as Jeffrey said just last month; "she's my soul mate". He was a sensitive and caring father to his two beautiful children Arowen, 6 and Andren, 4.
Jeffrey spent time reading stories, building Legos, trains, dancing, and creating art with the kids. As a family they enjoyed playing games, swimming, and walking by the river. Jeffrey's passion and Profession was his Art. He was a talented self-taught artist with his favorite being abstract art & creations. He was creative, using anything from canvas to wood for his art pieces and making sculptures that often expressed his deepest psychological & emotional feelings.
He was the beloved son of James Sr. & Debra (Stahl) Donner, brother to the late James Jr., Jared (Stephanie), Jonathan, and Josh (adopted), & Charles (Jeffrey called him his brother). Further survived by his Grandmothers Audrey Stahl & Jeanne Donner, cherished nieces Jamie & Leah Donner, much loved nephew James III, Uncles David (Diane) Stahl, Michael (AnnMarie) Stahl, Joseph (Taffy) , Aunts Karen (Frank) Rathburn, & Toni (Tom) Applin, Half Uncle Michael (Denise) Ferree.
Jeffrey had a special relationship with Becky & Phil Campeau with whom he always thought were his Aunt & Uncle. Also survived by his cousins; Coreen, Nikki, Jason, Kristie, Gentry, Ashley, Alex, Kayla, Samie, Toni, Dylan, Jeremy, Audra, Emma, Autumn, and many other relatives and friends.
Jeffrey is preceded in death by his loving brother James Jr., Grandfathers Ronald J. Donner & Robert E. Stahl. Jeffrey will be truly missed by all! Jeffrey had an amazing, close relationship with his Grandma Stahl. He thought the world of her. He took many of her acts of love, unselfishness, and family values she has displayed and applied these to his own family. He said many times it was his parents and "Grandma" that kept him grounded.
A casual Memorial/Visitation will be from 1-5 pm Sat. Nov. 9th in the lower level Fellowship Hall at Crosspoint Community Church, W380 N6931 N. Lake Rd., Oconomowoc, Wi... Service to follow. Buffet will be served.
In Lieu of flowers, the family is asking for memorials to be directed to Shana Donner. Please continue to pray for her and the children.
