Howard Bushweiler

Howard Jess Bushweiler, age 93 of Neshkoro, formerly of Wautoma, died on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at Patriot Place in Berlin. He was born on September 21, 1922 in Wautoma to Arley and Florence (Kapp) Bushweiler. Howard attended Silver Lake School and then took over the family farm at age 14. On December 20, 1947 he married Thelma Dorsey in Wautoma. She preceded him in death on May 13, 1982. On July 25, 1998 he married Audrey Mae Schell in Waupaca and she preceded him in death on June 23, 2002. Howard enjoyed fishing, volunteering and loved square dancing.
Howard is survived by his son: Wayne (Mary) Bushweiler; daughter: Anne Bushweiler; grandchildren: Matthew (Chelsea Ann) Bushweiler, Lisa Smith, Mary O'Bara; great grandchildren: Mercedee, Madisyn, Ryker Bushweiler; sisters: Lois Turner, Eleanor (Jack) Wisner; dear friends Kathleen and Wayne Koepke; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; wives: Thelma and Audrey Bushweiler; brother: Maynard (Florence) Bushweiler; sister: Irene (Clifford) Spees and brother-in-law: Clifford Turner.
Funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 13, 2016 at 2PM at Grace United Methodist Church, Wautoma. Officiating at the service will be Pastor Domnik Isreal with burial to follow in Wautoma Union Cemetery. The family will greet relatives and friends at church on Sunday from 1PM until the time of services at 2PM.
