Grace Hofer

Grace C. Hofer, (nee Schlinke), age 85, of Wild Rose, WI, passed away peacefully Jan. 10, 2020 at her home with family. Grace was born in Milwaukee, WI, on Oct. 22, 1934, to Carl and Josephine (Flowers) Schlinke.

Grace was the loving wife of the late Daniel Hofer for 62 years. Together, they came to Wild Rose where they built a log cabin together and enjoyed retirement with their children and grandchildren.

Grace is survived by her son, Daniel (Joanne) Hofer; grandchildren, Bobby, Jason, and Amanda DeLisle, Katherine (Mohammed) Rashadi, Charlie Hurkley, Danny Jr., and Linda Hofer; six great grandchildren; sister, JoAnn (Daniel) Brusewitz; brother, Jack (Jeri) Schlinke; and many nieces and nephews.

She is proceeded in death by her husband, Daniel; daughter, Linda DeLisle; and son, David Hofer.

A celebration of life is being planned for a future date.
