Esther Schumann

Esther M. Schumann (nee LaBounty), age 91, passed away November 15, 2018, at her home at Heartland House in Wautoma, Wisconsin.  She was proceeded in death by her loving husband Alvin G. Schumann and her beloved son, Larry A. Schumann.

She is survived by her beloved children, Kurt (Connie) Schumann of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, Renee (David) Johnson of Rockford, Illinois, Gary Schumann of Delafield, Wisconsin, and Suzanne (Gregory) Barczak of Wautoma, Wisconsin.  Esther is further survived by her grandchildren, Laura Widstrom, Dean (Jerry Sacher) Johnson, Lindsey (Drew) LaPour, Erik (Faith) Schumann, Leah Schumann, Matthew (Sarah) Ball and Jesse (Amber) Ball, as well as her beloved great-grandchildren, Noah Schumann, Isaac Schumann, Christian Widstrom, Luke Widstrom, Niah Widstrom, Lauren Ball, and Mackenzie Ball.

Esther and her husband Alvin owned and operated a popular German bakery in Delafield, Wisconsin, for 28 years. She was loved by and will be missed by many in Delafield and the surrounding areas.

There will be a memorial service for Esther on March 31, 2019, at 11:00 am at Christ the King Lutheran Church in Delafield, Wisconsin.
