Esther L. Kramer, age 84, of Bancroft, passed unexpectedly away Monday evening, October 15, 2012 at her home.
She was born April 9, 1928 in the Town of Grant, the daughter of Harry and Edith S. (Sherman) Hansen. She married Wayne W. Kramer on September 22, 1951 in Plainfield.
She is survived by her husband, Wayne Kramer, Bancroft; her children, Diana Kramer, Plainfield, Ryan (Beverly) Kramer, Wautoma, Laura (Ray) Gerard, Plainfield, Louise (John) Johnston, Plainfield, Terry (Lori) Kramer, Wisconsin Rapids, Bruce (Julie) Kramer, Wisconsin Rapids, Leslie Kramer, Plainfield, Leona (Steve) Kealiher, Plainfield, Dean Kramer, Plainfield, Eugene (Jennifer) Kramer, Bancroft; 21 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren and 4 step great grandchildren; brothers, Merle (Joyce) Hansen, Wisconsin Rapids, Larry Hansen, Wisconsin Rapids, Jerry (Virginia) Hansen, Bancroft; sister-in-law, Jenny Hansen, Plainfield; further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many special friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Russell Kramer; a great granddaughter, Cora Stommel and one brother, Philip Hansen.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 19, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. in the Leikness & Stahl Funeral Home, Plainfield with Esther's grandson, Pastor Jeremy Johnston officiating. Burial will be in the Plainfield Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 5-7 pm in the Leikness & Stahl Funeral Home and from 9:30 a.m. Friday until the time of services.
