Elizabeth "Sue" Ann Ewing

Elizabeth "Sue" Ann Ewing, age 65 of Wild Rose, formerly of Waldo, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at her home. She was born in Delaware, OH on August 10, 1958 to Johnny Hanchey and Marjorie (Sparks) Criswell.  She graduated from River Valley High School. She married Timothy M. Acker and was later divorced. In 1983 she married Richard D. Ewing.  In 2018 Richard retired and they moved from Waldo to Wautoma. She enjoyed boating, being outdoors, gardening, and spending time with her family.  

Sue is survived by her son: Cory (Sarah) Acker; step daughter: Jennie (Brandon) Miller;  granddaughters: Hayley (Carrie) Acker and Karisa Miller, grandson: Dustyn Miller; brothers: Rocky, Roby and Johnny Hanchey, Mike (Wendy) Sisson; sisters: Misty, Heidi, Penny and Heather; uncles: Wink Sparks and Richard Birchfield; amongst many cousins, nieces, nephews and friend's and her significant other: Lloyd Nelson. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard in 2021 and her parents.  Sue's wishes were to be cremated and have a small private memorial.
