Elaine Gunderson

Elaine Evelyn Gunderson, age 82 of Mt. Morris died on Sunday, November 10, 2019 at Bethany Home, Waupaca. She was born February 24, 1937 in Redgranite to Martin and Evelyn (Rucks) Schetskie. On September 5, 1953 Elaine married Murnard Gunderson in Redgranite. She worked at the Argus, Jaxco Glove Company, waitressed at different restaurants, worked as a Nurses Aid, but most importantly, was a wife, mother and grandmother. Elaine enjoyed gardening and traveling.

Elaine is survived by her children: Michael (Dawn) Gunderson, Paul (Shelia) Gunderson, Cheryl (Alan) Anderson, Kathy Gunderson, Angela Griffith; grandchildren: Jodi (Rob) Schlicting, Devin (Lizzy) Gunderson, Josh (Amber) Neils, Britany Gunderson, Serena Gunderson, Brent Trochinski, Keith Knudtson, Eric (Carrie) Anderson, Matthew (Kathy) Anderson, Marc (Anna) Anderson, Luke Anderson, Justina Gunderson, Anna Chanslor, Dakota (Bryana) Gunderson; 16 great grandchildren; niece, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband: Murnard and a brother: Walter Schetskie.

Funeral services will be held at 11AM on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at Leikness Funeral Home, Wautoma with burial to follow at Mt. Morris Lutheran Cemetery. The family will greet relatives and friends at the funeral home from 10AM until the time of services at 11AM.
