Eileen E. Schmidt, age 97, of Wautoma, passed away Saturday, July 13, 2013, at Heartland House CBRF in Wautoma.
She was born March 11, 1916 in Sauk County, the daughter of Mark and Elizabeth (Bruha) Nichols. She married Clarence Fazel in 1940. He preceded her in death in 1961. She married Rudolph H. "Rudy" Schmidt on March 3, 1962. He died on December 1, 1993.
She and her husband operated Rudy and Eileen's Tavern in Wautoma for many years.
She is survived by a sister-in-law, Evelyn Nichols, Wonewoc along with
other relatives and friends.
