Douglas Chadwick

Douglas L. Chadwick, age 65, a resident of Ft. Atkinson, formerly of Wautoma, died Wednesday, September 7, 2016 in Ft. Atkinson. He was born in Hustiford, one of triplets, to Howard and Beatrice (Achammer) Chadwick. He lived in Wautoma most of his life and worked at Waushara Industries for many years. Douglas enjoyed knitting and riding his bike.

Douglas is survived by his friend: John Zouski and other friends from Wautoma and Ft. Atkinson. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers: Ralph, Dale and Dennis.

Funeral services will be held at 11am on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at Leikness Funeral Home, Wautoma. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 10am until the time of services at 11am. Burial will take place in Wautoma Union Cemetery.
