Diane "Biscuits" Hitz

Diane “Biscuits” G. Hitz, age 76, of Neshkoro, died unexpectedly on January 14, 2018 at Thedacare Regional Medical Center-Neenah. She was born on September 16, 1941 in Waukesha to Reinhardt and Anna Junior. On August 6, 1960, she married Otto Hitz in Hales Corners. Diane worked at the Neshkoro Store as a cashier for many years. She loved her daughter “Sherry” and her grandchildren and great grandchildren, her two cats, reminiscing, country music and was a Facebook fanatic. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

Diane is survived by her daughter: Sharon (Bob) Ross; grandchildren: Amanda (Brone Bowers) Krieser, Billy (Vanessa) Krieser, Andy Krieser, Matthew Krieser; great grandchildren: Dylan, Hannah, Ellie and August; another daughter: Susie and her four children and five great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband: Otto Hitz; sisters: Mary Ann, Emma Marie and brother: Ernie.

Private memorial services will be held at Zion Lutheran Church, Neshkoro. In lieu of flowers, memorial would be appreciated to be donated to a charity by the family. Leikness Funeral Home, Wautoma is assisting the family with arrangements. www.wautomafuneralhome.com

The family wishes to thank Pastor Giebel, the amazing nurses, CNA’s and staff at Thedacare-Neenah and Thedacare-Wild Rose for the care and comfort given to Diane and her family. Also, a heartfelt and special thank you to Dr. Chad Voskuil for all the loving care and support he gave to our “Biscuits” over the last 10 years.
