Diane Beutler

Diane M. Beutler, age 73, of Richford, died suddenly Tuesday, March 16, 2010, as the result of an automobile accident in the Town of Richford. She was born September 12, 1936 in the Town of Dakota, the daughter of Milo W. and Mabel A. (Muske) Brose. Diane married Harlan A. Beutler on April 21, 1956 at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Richford.

Diane was a graduate of Wautoma High School. She and her husband farmed in the Town of Richford for many years. She was a faithful member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church where she was active in the Ladies Aid. Diane served as church organist for many years. She enjoyed being with her family, gardening, baking, and sewing. She is survived by her husband, Harlan A. Beutler, Richford; three daughters, Beth (Richard) Lind, Wausau, Bonnie (Dean) Brix, Marshfield, Brenda Saeger, Stevens Point; seven grandchildren, Matthew and Clara Lind, Emily, Melissa, and Maria Brix, Derek and Holly Saeger. She is further survived by other relatives and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Bruce Beutler, and by her son-in-law, Kevin Saeger. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 19, 2010 at 11:00 a.m.

at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in the Town of Richford with Pastor Chuck Fluegel officiating. Burial will be in Richford Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Thursday from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the Leikness Funeral Home in Wautoma and the church on Friday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services.



Diane will be fondly remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
