David "Dave" A Wille

David “Dave” Allen Wille, age 73 of Redgranite passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at Aurora Medical Center, Oshkosh. He was born in Chicago on March 25, 1950 to Arnold and Frances (Fluger) Wille. After high school, Dave joined the U.S. Army, served from 1969 to 1976 then in 1980 enlisted in the U.S. Air Force Air National Guard and retired in 2009 after 30 years of honorable service. He married Sharon Schusteff in Chicago on January 26, 1973. Dave worked as a telephone repairman for Centel Phone Company for 30 years. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Redgranite. Dave enjoyed model railroading, building model airplanes and spending time with his family.

Dave is survived by his children: Steven (Sara) Wille, Katherine (Joe) Plucinski; grandchildren: Alex, Brendan, Emma, Joanna; other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister and wife: Sharon Wille.

Funeral services will be held at 11:30AM on Friday, January 5, 2023 at Leikness Funeral Home, Wautoma with Military Honors and burial in Wautoma Union Cemetery. The family will greet relatives and friends at the funeral home on Friday from 10AM until the time of services at 11:30AM.

In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated in Dave’s name to the American Red Cross.
