Charles P. Schulist, age 55, of Juneau, formerly of Plainfield, passed away suddenly, Saturday evening, March 24, 2012 at Beaver Dam Hospital.
He was born June 18, 1956 in Wisconsin Rapids, the son of Martin P. and Romona (Allison) Schulist.
Charles loved life and especially enjoyed, crafts and listening to country and polka music. He was employed at Community Industries in Stevens Point until his retirement in 2002.
He is survived by his mother, Romona Schulist, Plainfield; his sisters and brother, Bernadette (Jack) Sherman, Wayne (Kathy) Schulist, both of Plainfield, Brenda (Bob) Buchberger, Plainfield, Julane (Daniel Peterson) Schulist, Merrill; his nieces and nephews, Jim (Wendy) Sherman, Jacklyn (Jeremy) Hanson, Cole and Aaron Schulist; his great nieces and nephews, Sierra and Dane Sherman, Ty and Drew Hanson. Further survived by aunts, uncles, cousins other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father Martin P. Schulist and his maternal and paternal grandparents.
Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, March 31, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul's Catholic Church, Plainfield. Inurnment will be in the Plainfield Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 9:00 a.m. Saturday until the time of services at the church.
