Charles J. "Chuck" Andreas, age 79, of rural Neshkoro, died peacefully early Friday morning, May 4, 2012 at his home. He was born June 16, 1932 at Montrose, WI, the son of Frank and Muriel (Gaffney) Andreas. He married Susan E. Bandt on April 30, 1985 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Chuck served his country in the Air Force during the Korean War. He graduated from UW-Madison with an Accounting Degree. He was manager of the FS Cooperative in Wautoma for sometime. Later, he and his wife operated S&C Accounting and Family Planning of Wautoma for many years until his death. He was an active member of Wolman/Minskey American Legion Post 317 of Wautoma. Chuck was a life member of the DAV. He is survived by his wife, Susan E. Bandt, Neshkoro; one brother, Paul Andreas, Madison; two sisters, Cora (Ben) Crawford, Madison, and Mary Polara, Madison; his brother-in-law, Robert (Donna) Bandt, Manitowoc; his sister-in-law, Pat Glinski, Wautoma. Chuck is further survived by nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Margaret Anderson; and by three brothers, John, James, and Tony. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, Mary 12, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Waushara World War II Veterans Memorial, 440 W. Main St. in Wautoma. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at the Veterans Memorial building.The family extends heartfelt appreciation to the staff of Affinity Hospice Care for their help and compassion.
