Bryce E. Grunow, age 69, of Coloma, passed away peacefully Easter Sunday morning, April 21, 2019 at his home following a long battle with cancer.
He was born June 14, 1949 in Denver, Colorado, the son of Eugene and Ruth (Ruediger) Grunow. He married Donna J. Voss on September 8, 1984 in East Troy.
Bryce served his country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War where he attained the rank of Sergeant. He was employed as a Millwright at Kearney & Trecker Corp. in Milwaukee for many years. He and his wife moved from East Troy to Coloma in 2018. Bryce was a member of the American Legion and VFW both in East Troy.
He is survived by his wife, Donna J. Grunow, Coloma; two sisters, Debbie Grunow, East Troy and Becky (Steve) Robinson, Clarksville, Arkansas; one brother, Kim (Mary Kay) Grunow, Fort Atkinson; two sisters-in-law, Susan (John) Schmidt, Wautoma, and Jeanne (Trace) Frost, Richford. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Military honors will be held in the chapel at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove, WI at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30, 2019. Burial will follow.
