Brian Banasiak

Brian Michael Banasiak, age 47, died Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013.He was born Jan. 5, 1966 in Chicago, IL the son of Ronald M. and Gloria Jean (Galkin) Banasiak. He married Cherilynn Faye Ginter on August 21, 1999. Brian was employed as a truck driver and loved riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He is survived by his wife, Cheri; one daughter, Amanda (Scott) Johannes, Cedar Grove, WI; four sons, Ryan Janz, Sterling, IL, Jeremiah Banasiak, Las Vegas, NV, Jacob Banasiak, Houston, TX, Joshua Banasiak, Las Vegas, NV; his father, Ronald M. Banasiak, Wautoma; one brother, Tim Banasiak and his children, Madyson and Marc, Peru, IL. He is further survived by other relatives and friends. Brian was preceded in death by his mother, Gloria Jean Banasiak on August 25, 2009, and by his brother, Nicholas A. "Nick" Banasiak on January 21, 2013. Private family services were held.
