BJ Stewart

Elizabeth Jane "BJ" Stewart, 74, passed away early Wednesday morning on May 9, 2012 at her daughter's home in Coloma, WI after having suffered a massive stroke last Tuesday. BJ was born on March 27, 1938 in Clarion, PA., the daughter of Jack W. Fox and Evelyn (Jones) Sarlie. She married Chester "Chet" Stewart of Wilmette, IL on June 26, 1964 and was married for 35 years before her husband passed away in 1999. BJ is survived by her son, Mark Stewart of Lindenhurst, IL, her daughter, Kim (Chris) Rachel of Coloma, WI, 4 grandchildren, Amanda, Joree, Jaylyn and Skyler, and her sister Emma (Fox) Dusch of New York. BJ was preceded in death by her parents, and her sister Margaret (Fox) Schroeder of Minnesota A celebration of BJ's life will be held at a friend of the family's home on Saturday May 12, 2012 from 1-3pm at 417 Benton Road in Lake Villa, IL. Private family inurnment will take place at Mount Auburn Cemetery, Harvard, Illinois on Monday.
